Shipping and Returns 



Each order placed with Circe Studios is carefully wrapped in our tissue paper with a handwritten thank you note and placed in our sturdy shipping boxes.

Our domestic orders are the delivered via our shipping partner, An Post.

Our international orders are also sent via An Post.

Please Note: Due to delays at customs, orders to the United Kingdom may take up to two full weeks to be delivered. 

PLEASE NOTE: Please check and inspect your order upon delivery to ensure your candles have arrived as you expected. Damages must be reported along with photographs of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We are unable to resolve any issues pertaining to breakages after 24 hours have passed. 


If you wish to cancel your order please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancellation or email us at quoting your order number.

If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy as stated below.


Each of our candles is hand-poured in County Kildare. Your candle may contain some sight imperfections and discolouration, but these cannot be helped and ensure your candle is unique to you.

Returns are only valid when we are notified and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please email us with your order number to  We will provide you with instructions to return the item. 

Items must be returned unused and repacked in their original packaging. Any gift with purchase must also be returned in its original packaging. If the gift is not returned the value will be deducted from the refund.

You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. 

The goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.

Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 5 days of our receiving them.
